February saw some Nottinghamshire houseowners trading in their beloved homes at prices of up to £700,000.
According to the Land Registry, 23,132 residential sales were registered in February 2019.
And while the most expensive residential sale in England and Wales during that month was a Kensington and Chelsea flat at an eye-watering £9,813,370, and across the same area there were 366 sales of £1m or more compared to 567 registered in January, there were no £1million house sales in Notts that month.

- Papplewick Lane, Hucknall, Nottingham, a detached house, sold for £560,000
- Portland Road, Toton, Nottingham, a detached house, sold for £555,000
