Getting your foot on Bristol's property ladder is becoming harder by the month as the average price for homes continue to rise.
But eagled-eye shoppers can still land a bargain, if they move fast enough.
While the average home in Bristol costs £341,019, Zoopla's top viewed properties show you can still buy a property for a lot cheaper.
One three-bedroom house was on the market for just £165,000 while a semi-detached three-bedroomed home boasted an attractive price tag of £220,000.
Here's a list of the most popular properties in Bristol, according to Zoopla.
Lower Cheltenham Place, Montpelier
This commercial unit is on the market for a mere £35,000, but there is scope to transform it into a residential conversion.
Montpelier is a highly desirable area, where two-bedroom properties can easily sell for more than £200,000 meaning the investment would be well worth it.
As well as off-street parking space, which is rare in Montepelier, it is also spread across two floors offering lots of space.
It's being sold by auction on February 25.
Victoria Street, Staple Hill
For a first home, this property has it all. An attractive price tag, lots of space and it is in a popular location.
