These are the latest people to be banned from the roads for drink-driving

A 36-year-old man was drink-driving in Nottingham Road in Hucknall.

Matthew Phillip Johnson, of Montague Road, Hucknall, pleaded guilty to having 49 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, on March 6.

At Mansfield Magistrates' Court, he was fined £80 and banned from driving for 12 months. He must pay £30 towards victim services and costs of £85.

A driver was fined £75 for drink-driving in an Audi A4 in Mansfield Road in Edwinstowe.

John Lees, 38, of Tideswell Court, Mansfield, pleaded guilty to having 43 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, on March 8.

Lees was banned from driving for 12 months, ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

A BMW driver was drink-driving in Gorseway in Clipstone.

Joshua Cutts, 20, of Lincoln Road, Tuxford, pleaded guilty to having 102 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, on March 9.

At Mansfield Magistrates' Court, Cutts was given a community order, unpaid work for 80 hours, and a driving ban for 26 months. He must pay £85 towards victim services and costs of £85.

One 18-year-old pleaded guilty to drink-driving in Woodhouse Road, Mansfield.

Magistrates heard Alfie Gaughan, of Oakfield Avenue, Warsop, had 53 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, on March 10.

Gaughan was fined £120, banned from driving for 15 months, ordered to pay £30 towards victim services and costs of £85.

A driver was banned from the roads for 18 months and fined £335.

Haden Osbourne must pay costs of £85 and £33 towards victim services.

The penalties were issued by magistrates after Osbourne, 26, of Shaftesbury Avenue, Mansfield, pleaded guilty to drink-driving in Chesterfield Road North, Mansfield, on March 9.
