These are all the items banned from LIMF 2019

Liverpool International Music Festival returns this weekend with another huge lineup.

The festival returns for its seventh year on July 20 and 21 and will see more than 70 acts take to the stage across the weekend.

This year's event will see Chic & Nile Rodgers and Sister Sledge featuring Kathy Sledge headline the Central Stage.

The weekend will also be filled with a whole host of activities but LIMF is enforcing strict rules regarding what you can and can’t take on to the festival site.

Alcohol - unless purchased on site

Recording equipment

Animals - except assistance dogs

BBQs

Chinese lanterns

Firearms

Fireworks

Flares

Gas cylinders/canisters

Glass bottles

Glass of any kind

Hammers

Knives

Laser pens/equipment

Legal highs

Smoke canisters

Sound systems

Tape recorders

Umbrellas
