Northern Recruitment Group (NRG) has announced that its chief executive Therese Liddle is stepping down.
Ms Liddle has been at the company for 30 years and was CEO in 2019 when NRG's owners sold the business to the Galago Group.
Her decision to leave the company was made so she can enjoy a "well-deserved career break" and spend more time with her family.
Following her departure she will be replaced by senior directors James Carss and Leanne Chambers, who will lead the NRG and Greenbean brands as managing directors.
Ms Liddle said: “After more than 30 years of my career in NRG the time has come for me to take a break and leave the business in the capable hands of James and Leanne. Being part of NRG’s journey and the creation of greenbean RPO has been a privilege. I have worked with exceptional people in an amazing business and I’m proud of all that we have achieved together.”

Marc Stiff, group managing director of the Galago Group which acquired NRG in 2019, said: “We thank Therese for the outstanding contribution she has made to both NRG and greenbean and we wish her an enjoyable break. She leaves the business in strong shape and we look forward to continued future growth under James and Leanne.”
