Theresa May has finally appointed a Disabilities Minister - three weeks after the previous office holder resigned.
On Thursday No10 announced Justin Tomlinson was returning to the DWP for a third stint at the department.
The job was vacated on March 13 when Sarah Newton quit to vote against a No Deal Brexit .
In a previous stint at the department Mr Tomlinson was called "ignorant" and "out of touch" for suggesting that families struggling with the benefit cap "take in a lodger".
He was also was previously suspended from the Commons for two days in 2016 for leaking a draft credit industry crackdown report to Wonga.

A watchdog found Mr Tomlinson's leak "seriously breached" Parliament's rules.
The announcement came as Downing Street announced a series of appointments to fill vacancies left by MPs resigning in opposition to Theresa May's handling of Brexit .
- Current Tory Deputy Chair James Cleverly MP has been named as Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department for Exiting the European Union.
- Prime Minister's PPS Seema Kennedy MP is now Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department of Health and Social Care.
- Andrew Stephenson MP to be a Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.
- Will Quince MP who resigned as a PPS in December because he opposed the PM's deal and now says he backs it is now a Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department for Work and Pensions.
Brexit: Labour responds after almost 5 hours of talks with Tory government
Earlier this week Labour's Shadow Minister for Disabled People wrote to the Prime Minister demanding she fill the job.
Expressing her "deep concern", Marsha De Cordova wrote: "Disabled people have been forced to bear the brunt of devastating cuts to social security worth billions.
"And their interests continue to be neglected."

Ms De Cordova added: "Since 2013 there have been five Ministers for Disabled People.
"This high turnover is yet more evidence of the disregard that Conservatives and Coalition governments have shown towards disabled people.
"I therefore urge you to act immediately".
