Netherlands and Northern Ireland fans broke into song during an emotional minute's applause for Fernando Ricksen before tonight's EURO 2020 qualifier in Rotterdam.
The two sets of supporters paid tribute to the former Rangers and Zenit right-back before what was the first international match since his passing.
Fans could be heard singing 'There's only one Fernando Ricksen .' while clapping throughout the minute of applause.
Ricksen won hearts as he showed incredible bravery during his four-year fight against the deadly motor neurone disease.
He passed away on the 18th of September in Scotland.
It was a fitting tribute to the player who was capped 12 times between 2000 and 2003.
The Dutch won the game 3-1 after last gasp goals from Luuk De Jong and Memphis Depay sealed victory.
