Edinburgh locals can escape the high street retailers of Princes Street and support the abundance of creative talent in Leith instead this weekend.
Taking place on Sunday 9 June, This is Local Leith will feature designer makers, high end crafts , quality vintage, artisan food producers, jewellers, artists, and so much more!
Hosted in the iconic venue that is Leith Theatre, there'll also be the very best in local street food on show, featuring offerings from Moopie Gelato, fabulous filled flatbreads with Rolling Stove Street Food, burgers and fries from Screaming Peacock and tapas from Moskito Spanish Bites.
This Is Local is the latest venture from the women that brought you Judy’s Affordable Vintage Fair, The Vintage Furniture Flea and The Vintage Kilo Sale, an amazing platform for, and conduit to independent local businesses, from the kitchen table to the shop front.
Entrance to Sunday's event is just £2 with free entry for under 16's, making it the perfect afternoon out for the whole family (it's even dog friendly !).
