Veganuary is over and so are most people's New Year health kicks - which means cheese is back on the menu for many diners.
That's good news if you live in Ramsbottom, where deli and wine bar The Mouse Trap has a monthly all-you-can-eat cheese buffet .
Usually held on the second Thursday of the month, the event sees the counter piled high with local Lancashire, best of British and classic continental cheeses.
Guests can help themselves to as much as they like during their 90-minute sitting, along with cooked and cured meats, pâtés, pies, crackers, crudités, olives, grapes and other goodies.
The buffet is priced at £14.95 per person, including a £5 deposit required when booking, which is then knocked off the bill.
The next one takes place on Thursday February 13, with two sittings at 6pm and 8pm.
Billing itself as 'a fun place to brie', the Mouse Trap opened in 2015 and also offers a cheese subscription service.
It's just too gouda to be true.
