The New Orleans Pelicans and Los Angeles Lakers shook up the NBA world on Saturday when it was reported that the teams had agreed on a huge trade that will send Anthony Davis to the Lakers in exchange for Lonzo Ball, Josh Hart, Brandon Ingram and a bunch of draft picks.
Just like that LeBron James has a superstar sidekick and the Lakers are now the favorites to win the NBA title next season.
Lakers fans couldn’t be more happy right now, as their organization has been a joke in recent years.
And there’s already a huge Anthony Davis mural on the side of a building in Los Angeles as local artist Gustavo Zermeño Jr. pulled an all-nighter with some friends to create this piece of art:
