There's a weekly 'dug cafe' at this Old Town nightclub - with a doggy menu and ball pit

Edinburgh nightclub Cabaret Voltaire host a weekly dog café in their street-level section of the venue, Café Voltaire.

Four-legged friends, dog-owners and dog-lovers alike are all welcome to come down to the Old Town café every Sunday to cuddle and play with pooches.

Their concept is to create a welcoming retreat for dogs to socialise and get their tails wagging - they even offer 'puppacinos', a bespoke dog treat menu and pull pints of dog-friendly beer!

Having a dog is not essential, everyone is welcome to visit for cuddles and slobbery kisses at the 'Dug Café'.

To keep pets thoroughly entertained there's a ball pit, soft play area and masses of toys on hand - as well as other dogs to play with!

The weekly pop-up also raises funds for Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home and attendees are encouraged to bring along second-hand toy donations for less fortunate furry friends.

Bring your pooches down to eat, drink and play from 12pm every Sunday at the Dug Café on Blair Street.
