With Christmas fast becoming a focus as parents try to budget in uncertain times, it's good to know there are still bargains to be had.
One mum has discovered a website that stocks hundreds of toys at £1 or less - and parents are raving about the news.
PoundToy is a relatively new website where you can buy the latest toys for discount prices.
And it seems it's one of the best kept secrets when it comes to shopping for toys - especially stocking fillers.
Mum Rachael Ison, posted in the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK to share a photo of her discount shopping haul, with the caption: “Not sure if it’s been mentioned on here but I have recently used www.poundtoy.com and I spent roughly £30 (free delivery).
“A massive box full of stocking presents for my two children. Approximately 22 little gifts each that ranged in price between 39p and £1.50.
“Most of them were £1. Really good quality. Not cheap rubbish. Very pleased!”
PoundToy stocks branded character toys and games from Peppa Pig to Hot Wheels to Star Wars.
Other parents wrote “Wonderful website… used it 7/8 times for stocking fillers” and “I did this last year I will probably do it again as we had some good things.”
There's a whole section devoted to £1 toys, where you can pick up items from Paw Patrol, Hot Wheels, Mario Kart, Sofia the First and Trolls, as well as mountains of little extras including slime, glow sticks, putty, stickers, snap bracelets, mini figures, bubbles and balls.
But if you want to get some bigger gifts while you're online (and take advantage of the free delivery on orders over £25) there are also newly released toys in stock, as well as some pre orders for popular brands.
