There's a secret summer oasis hidden away in this city centre restaurant

A restaurant in the city centre have unveiled their new indoor summer oasis – billed as Glasgow's first "fully immersive dining space."

Italian restaurant Zizzi in the West End is bringing al fresco dining indoors with grass, summer swing seats and a plethora of potted and hanging plants.

You can dine and drink with a side of summer vibes away from the elements... No need to worry about the weather warning for thunderstorms if you're tucked away inside.

Rachel Hendry, Head of Marketing at Zizzi said: “We’re delighted to be bringing the best parts of summer inside with the launch of our Summer Oasis in Glasgow.

"We want our diners to feel like they’re enjoying a real summer experience – with great food and drink, while relaxing with friends and family."

Zizzi's have a range of cocktails (Zizzis)

If that's not enough to pique your interest, they'll also be gifting a lucky table each day with a round of drinks, including Aperol Spritz and Passionfruit Punch, on the house.

You can check out their new three-course summer menu for £18 – with plenty of pizza, pasta, salads and other Italian dishes to pick from. Find out more on the Zizzi's website.
