There's a new raspberry flavoured Fanta at Asda and we can't wait to try it

Fizzy drink fans will be pleased to hear that Fanta has released a fruity new flavour to get their taste buds going.

Fanta Raspberry launched in January 2020 and is now available at Asda supermarkets.

The fruity flavour has already been popular in other countries, including Australia, but a zero sugar version has arrived in the UK for the first time.

It's currently only available at Asda in 2L bottles - which retail at £1.50 a pop.

However, the new Fanta Raspberry drink is expected to launch in other supermarkets in March, so you'll be able to stock up in time for spring.

Newsfooduk recently posted an image of the new flavour on Instagram, which has gained 5,094 likes so far.

One person tagged her friend and commented: "remind me to get this next time we’re in Asda"

While another person said: "imagine this and gin."

Someone else wrote: "be nice with pink gin this!!"

Once it launches in other supermarkets, the soft drink will be available a range of sizes - including 330ml and 500ml.

Shoppers can currently pick up a 24-pack of 330ml Fanta Zero Orange cans from Iceland for £6.49.

While Tesco sells a 2L bottle of Fanta Fruit Twist for £1.85 - both in stores and online.

Meanwhile, Asda is now selling Oreo ice cream sandwiches coated in Cadbury chocolate- and shoppers are loving them.
