There's a new plant-based vegan bakery pop-up opened on Glasgow's south side

Glasgow's pop-up and local market scene sounds like it has got a whole lot better overnight.

That's because there's a new plant-based vegan bakery which has opened in the south side of the city.

Honeytrap has taken over the Latteria space on Victoria Road, serving up all sorts of treats for planet-conscious food lovers in the city, as part of their mission to bring Glasgow the best quality baking, free from animal products.

Plant based buns, cookies and cakes are on offer, alongside coffee from Paisley specialist coffee roasters The Gatehouse, Clipper teas and homemade hot chocolate.

And from the look of their Insta page that means rhubarb custard tarts, chocolate pistachio buns and cinnamon buns.

The pop up is running this weekend from 9am until sellout, with more days scheduled in the pipeline soon.
