There's a huge street food and vintage festival at this beautiful East Lothian walled garden this weekend

Following the success of their huge May event, Rogue Village are bringing their incredible 'Canteen Street Food Festival' back to the beautiful grounds of Archerfield Walled Garden in East Lothian this weekend - but this time with a massive vintage twist.

Rogue Village create a family-friendly carnival atmosphere juxtaposed with its beautiful 18th century walled garden setting - the perfect country day-trip  just a short drive from Edinburgh.

On Saturday 27 July, expect the usual amazing food and drink from local producers - they'll be dishing out everything from wood-fired pizza, tacos and urban seafood to a mac n cheese dedicated stand and cakes and waffles. There'll even be fizz on tap from Sips in the City.

This time the team will also have lots of vintage traders selling clothes, furniture, homewares, records, flowers and plants - complete with a vintage car display on show.

It's a perfect day trip for kids as the event plays host to tonnes of entertainment for wee ones - including Pop the Street Magician, face-painting from Fantoosh Face Art and Playdoh making fun from Make Mess Matter. There is also a great play park and a fairy trail through the gardens.

Resident DJs, Four Corners, will be setting the soundtrack for the day with lots to do onsite from giant garden games for the whole family to partake in to acres of beautiful grounds to explore.

Beautiful, open-air surroundings, incredible food, great tunes and lots to keep little ones entertained - what's not to love! Entry is just £1, kids go free.

Canteen Street Food Festival is on Saturday 27 July at 12pm - 6pm at Archerfield Walled Garden, Direlton, East Lothian.
