A free Comic Con event is coming our way - and it's Halloween themed!
Ghouls, goblins, witches and wizards will make their way to EK shopping centre in East Kilbride for the spooktacular event, and organised have planned plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained.
The event, called will feature more than 50 traders, a Cosplay competition and video game zone as well as a Halloween horror quiz, slime making class, design your own character workshop and free super hero arts and crafts sessions.
For all the budding Cosplayers out there, there will also be a special session with top UK Cosplayer, Kathy Alves. Kathy will be providing top tips to help Comic Con attendees produce a knock ‘em dead Halloween costume.
EK, East Kilbride marketing manager, Suzanne Heraghty, said: “It’s going to be a great event and I am looking forward to seeing our cosplayers push the boat out with some outstanding Halloween costumes.”
Although most activities will take place in EK Central Library, there will be lots to see and do in and around the shopping centre.
