There's a free yoga event happening at Argyll Arcade this weekend

How many things can you tick off your wellbeing checklist? Zen levels? Motivation? Mental wellbeing?

This weekend, put your average boozy Sunday sesh on hold, and get onnit with Salka Yoga instead.

Located in the heart of Glasgow’s City Centre, Salka Yoga has introduced a pop up yoga studio on the top floor in one of the most prominent buildings in the city, Argyll Arcade.

As if this wasn’t enough, whilst the studio is normally in motion on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Salka Yoga are partnering up with yoga equipment extraordinaries LuLuLemon, and running a FREE session this Sunday!

Ease into your morning with reflection and relaxation, and set yourself up for a week of positivity without spending a penny - it’s om-believable!

We know there is a lot happening this weekend, but with Salka Yoga you can enjoy great music, even better company and push yourself to the limit (minus the hangover the next day).

Salka Yoga was founded by two spirited yoga enthusiasts with a view to using the practice to revolutionise all areas of life.

The core value is that ‘Yoga is for Everyone’, and so from beginners to experienced yogis, the session is open to everyone and anyone, so make sure you book your tickets beforehand to guarantee your place!

Head down this Sunday, July 14, at 10am and feed your soul for an hour at no cost whatsoever - it’s an opportunity worth waking up for!
