“Give me a dollar or I’ll spit on you.”
That might just about sum up Bradley Chalkers.
He’s a bully, he tells numerous lies, he picks on people.
One ordinary day, Bradley was offered help by the new school counsellor. She listened to all his far-fetched stories, and to all his multiple proclaims. If only he could take that chance and change…
I liked this book because it was really intriguing as every chapter, there was something exciting that made me want to carry on and carry on reading.
I felt really sorry for this boy and I wanted him to change. That also wanted me to read on. My favourite character is Mrs Ebbel, because I never thought she would grow to like Bradley but she did. I would really recommend this book.
