Theo Walcott's move to Southampton is edging closer with the Everton forward now undergoing a medical with the Saints.
The Blues have reached an agreement with their Premier League rivals for Walcott to spend the rest of the season at St Mary's.
Walcott is into the final year of his contract at Goodison.
And he had been made available for sale or loan by manager Carlo Ancelotti.
The 31-year-old's wages - said to be in the region of £100,000-a-week - are expected to be split between the two clubs.
At the end of June, Walcott will become a free agent and will leave Everton.
Walcott joined the Blues in January 2018 in a £20m move from Arsenal, when Sam Allardyce was manager.
