Animal welfare experts are appealing for a new home for Thelma and Louise, two one-year-old Greyhound sisters currently living at Dogs Trust West Calder.
Their carers say Thelma and Louise are affectionate girls who enjoy being around people and will always say a polite hello to everyone they meet.
A spokeswoman for Dogs Trust said: “The pair love to be in each other’s company and will always be side by side whether it be out on their walks or snuggled up together.
“These girls are energetic and love to play, although Thelma does have a more chilled approach, Louise is always the one you will find running around with her toy. They both enjoy going for walks and can live with children of 10 years and above.
“If you think you think you could provide a home for Thelma and Louise or any of the 50 dogs currently available for rehoming, please contact the centre on 01506 873459.”
