Theft from buildings reported in Lincoln Square: police

Police believe that two men are involved in the thefts.

Chicago police are warning Lincoln Square residents of four thefts reported in June.

In each incident a pair of men were able to enter the parking garage of condos and steal property, according to a community alert from Chicago police.

The thefts happened June 1 in the 2400 block of West Catalpa Avenue, June 3 and 15 in the 5500 block of North Lincoln Avenue and June 12 in the 5900 block of North Lincoln Avenue at all times of the day, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Area North detectives at 312-744-8263.
