The X Factor and the case of the missing judge

Louis Walsh has given the X Factor producers another headache by turning up late for the ITV talent show's auditions. Is this a sign of a growing detachment by the former Westlife manager? The Sun reports that Louis always used to be the first judge to arrive on the set, but recently he has been turning up later and later. Last Wednesday, with Sharon Osbourne, Gary Barlow and Nicole Scherzinger all ready to go for the arena auditions in Wembley, Louis was still in his hotel, forcing the producers to go ahead with an empty seat on the panel. It would never have happened in Simon Cowell's day.
