'The worst I've ever seen' - Cardiff City fans are all saying the same thing after Sheffield Wednesday draw

Cardiff City left it late to snatch a point against Sheffield Wednesday but supporters were all left discussing one thing as they left the stadium.

Lee Tomlin's free-kick in the 87th minute rescued a point for the Bluebirds after the Owls had led through Julian Borner's first goal for the club.

Cardiff , one of only three Championship clubs still protecting an unbeaten home record, grabbed themselves a share of the spoils in controversial circumstances.

Massimo Luongo was debatably adjudged to have brought down Tomlin on the edge of the area whilst Aden Flint was seen doing jumping jacks in an offside position as the kick was taken.

The big centre-back was clearly stood in the eye line of Cameron Dawson and in an offside position, thus interfering with play, according to the letter of the law.

Whilst the decision went in Cardiff's way, it was a poor night all-round for the officials.

Neil Warnock's side felt aggrieved not to have been awarded a penalty in the second half after Liam Palmer pulled back Flint in the box, whilst a number of odd decisions made for a frustrating night for both sets of supporters.

Keith Stroud was the man in the middle and the former Premier League official may have both Garry Monk and Warnock banging on his door tonight after a host of questionable decisions.

Those bemusing calls also caught the attention of the Cardiff City fans, who gave a scathing assessment of Stroud's performance on social media.

Here's a look at what they had to say after a 1-1 draw at the Cardiff City Stadium.
