It's not been an ideal start to the season for Tottenham Hotspur.
A number of factors off the pitch have rocked the boat on it leaving the North London side with a fractured dressing room for Mauricio Pochettino to manage.
After eight games in the Premier League season, Spurs currently sit in ninth spot after picking up 11 points - meaning that they are three points behind where they should be in the top four.
But while results this season have been mixed, it appears that one statistic has been alarming the club for a lot longer.
According to statistics, 53.8% of the goals that Tottenham conceded in the last 38 games led to the opposition taking the lead.
This is particularly alarming for a side with expectations of finishing in the top four of the Premier League, and even pushing for a title challenge.
In comparison, only 17.9% of goals conceded led to the scores being levelled, while 28.2% of the goals conceded increased or decreased the lead.
On the other side, 44.8% of Tottenham's goals put them in the lead.
Meanwhile 43.3% of those goals scored either increased or decreased the lead, while just 11.9% of Spurs' goals scored were responsible for bringing the scores level.
