The worrying Olympiacos stat that will concern Spurs fans ahead of the Champions League clash

Tottenham are back in Champions League action on Wednesday, as they travel to Greece to take on Olympiacos in their first group match of the competition.

Spurs will be looking to go one better than last season when they fell at the final hurdle, losing 2-0 to fellow Premier League side Liverpool in the final in Madrid at the end of the 2018/19 campaign.

A fourth place finish in the Premier League means that Spurs will have another go in 2019/20, where they were in pot two for the draw.

Spurs will take on Bayern Munich, Red Star Belgrade and Olympiacos in group B of the Champions League group stages, which get underway next week, starting with a trip to the Greek side.

And Tottenham will face a team in brilliant form.

Olympiacos have a 100% win record in the League so far this season, winning all three of their games in the Greek Super League, including a 5-0 win over Volos on Saturday.

That game followed two 1-0 wins, meaning that Olympiacos are yet to concede a goal in the league so far this campaign.

The Greek side could serve as a tough task to break down for Tottenham's forward players.

Spurs also go into the game on the back of a big win, after seeing off Crystal Palace in the Premier League by four goals to nil on Saturday afternoon.
