The woeful Swansea City player ratings in Huddersfield Town horror show

FREDDIE WOODMAN 5

Helpless for Huddersfield's opener but made some decent routine saves after that. Nothing he could do about the goals after the restart in fairness.

KYLE NAUGHTON 4

Some good interventions in the first half but he struggled after the restart. Subbed.

RYAN BENNETT 4

Got away with a few poor passes in the first half and was uncharacteristically sloppy. Hooked at the break due to injury.

MARC GUEHI 5

One of few at the back who did well in possession, but even he couldn't stem the tide.

CONNOR ROBERTS 5

Some decent moments on the right flank in the first half but was hampered when Swansea had to play with 10 men after their capitulation.

MATT GRIMES 5

Desperately tried to make things happen in attack and did a lot of defensive work too. Unlucky with a shot in the opening half and helped to stem the side in the final quarter of the game.

JAY FULTON 4

Booked very early on but won the free-kick that led to the equaliser after a fairly poor first half performance. Helpless in the second half and was subbed.

CONOR HOURIHANE 5

Very quiet in attack until his stunning free-kick got Swansea back on level terms. Decent in possession, but the visitors needed more from him, although it became an impossible task in the second half.

JAKE BIDWELL 4

Sloppy in possession and was unable to offer much of a threat in attack either. Subbed.

JAMAL LOWE 4

Desperately struggled to make things happen and was wasteful when he did get into good positions. Withdrawn at half time.

ANDRE AYEW 5

The Ghanaian was Swansea's greatest threat in the first half. However, he looked hugely frustrated in the second half.

Subs

Jordan Morris (for Lowe) - Withdrawn prematurely after suffering an awful-looking injury. Here's hoping it's not too serious. N/A.

Ben Cabango (for Bennett) - Unlucky with Lewis O'Brien's deflected goal but was targeted on the right of Swansea's back three. 5

Ryan Manning (for Bidwell) - Productive in possession but had no chance to impress, which was no fault of his own. 6

Morgan Whittaker (for Naughton) - Made his fair share of tackles and helped Swansea keep Huddersfield at bay in the final quarter. 6

Yan Dhanda (for Fulton) - Some defensive interventions as Swansea looked to end the game as quickly as possible. 6
