A community pub in south Bristol has been put up for sale, meaning there's a possibility it could close if a buyer isn't found.
The Windmill, near Bedminster Railway Station, is popular with nearby residents who like it for its decent food offering, 'wonderful' staff and lively atmopshere.
Its menu includes a range of signature burgers, ranging in price from £9.50 to the £12 Tribute burger, while the pub also hosts a rib night every Monday from 5pm until 10.30pm.
Every Sunday it serves a roast which has been described as the 'best pub Sunday roast in Bristol' by a handful of people on TripAdvisor.
But the owners of the boozer, located on Windmill Hill, are now looking to sell up, with an advert appearing on Fleurets which values it at £525,000.
According to Fleurets' website: "The business has been in the current ownership since 2006 during which time our clients have refurbished the property to a high standard and have established a strong local following.
"The property trades throughout the daytime and evening, with regular comedy and quiz night, in addition to a good quality menu and drinks selection.
"Given the high-quality residential surrounding, there is significant local trade. The Windmill is a popular venue for Sunday lunch."
Despite the fact the pub is on the market, a spokesperson said it is still very much open for business.
"Selling or not, while the pub’s still open we’re going to be here providing our standard high-quality fabulousness," he said.
The Windmill is a sister pub of The Lazy Dog on Ashley Road and The Pipe and Slippers on Cheltenham Road, neither of which are up for sale.
