The Wheel of Time is one of the most popular and enduring fantasy series of all time, with over 90 million books sold.
Set in a sprawling world where magic exists and only certain women are allowed to access it, the story follows Moiraine (Rosamund Pike), a member of the incredibly powerful all-female organisation called the Aes Sedai, as she arrives in the small town of Two Rivers.
The show depicts the dangerous journey she embarks on with five young men and women.

Who is in the cast of The Wheel of Time?
Alongside the main character Rosamund Pike, Josha Stradowski plays Rand al' Thor, a shepherd that is chosen to go on Moiraine's quest.
Marcus Rutherford plays Perrin Aybara another member of Moiraine's gang. Rutherford has appeared in indie films and Sky's Bulletproof.
Zoë Robins plays Nynaeve al'Meara, the healer in the village, while Barney Harris plays Mat Cauthon, another young member of the gang.
Daniel Henney plays al'Lan Mandragoran, a warder to Moiraine.
The first three episodes of the show premiered on Amazon Prime Video on Friday 19th November 2021, with the series now shifting to a weekly release schedule.
