The Welsh regions are about to enter their pre-season campaigns ahead of the inaugural United Rugby Championship season.
The Ospreys, Scarlets, Dragons and Cardiff Rugby have been busy training since July, although players on Wales or Lions duty this summer have been given longer recovery periods.
The new URC season - including the four South African Super franchises - kicks off on Friday, September 24. You can see the full fixtures here.
It's now time to put the training into practice and test themselves on the field ahead of a new campaign.
