These are the neighbourhoods with the fastest-growing house prices in Wales.
New figures from the Office for National Statistics have shed light on house and flat prices at ward level over the last 20 years. They reveal massive variation in house price growth depending on which neighbourhood you live in.
Beaufort in Blaenau Gwent has seen property prices increase faster than anywhere else in the country in the last year.
The average home in the ward sold for £131,000 in the year to March 2019 - up 51% from the average sale price of £86,500 in the year to March 2018.
In Cardiff, Llanrumney saw the biggest rise, up 15% from £139,000 to £160,000.
Pentyrch saw the city's biggest fall in prices, dropping 20% from £345,000 to £277,500.
The most expensive area in Wales can be found in Lisvane in Cardiff, where the average house sold for £475,000 in 2019 (up by 3% from £460,000 in 2018).
In Swansea, the Upper Loughor ward saw the biggest increase, a 30% rise from £130,000 to £169,000.
The figures are a crude average and don’t take into account the type of property sold. As such, the average price may be skewed for wards that have seen a small number of sales in the last year, or lots of sales of a particular type of property. However, they do include areas that have seen more than 30 sales in the last year.
