The Weeknd Charts His Entire New Album On The Hot 100

As his new album After Hours conquers the Billboard 200 with the largest debut of 2020 and the biggest one-week sum of the year, The Weeknd also dominates the Hot 100 singles chart, giving him control over the two most important Billboard charts at the same time.

All 14 songs from After Hours find their way to the Hot 100 this week, making The Weeknd’s new set one of a relatively small few titles that have been able to place an entire album’s worth of material onto the list at once.

Leading the way among all 14 cuts is “Blinding Lights,” which steps up to No. 1 this frame. The track is now the Canadian superstar’s fifth champion on the all-encompassing list and his second from After Hours. Late last year, the album’s lead single “Heartless” worked its way to the top in just a few weeks, though it only managed one turn in the driver’s seat. This week, the former ruler is back inside the top 10 at No. 4.

10 of The Weeknd’s 14 current Hot 100 hits appear inside the top 40, certifying them as at least minor, momentary hits. Three of those cuts (“Blinding Lights,” “Heartless” and “After Hours”) have previously charted inside the important region, while the other seven are new to the area.

Of the 14 tracks The Weeknd currently charts on the Hot 100, 11 are debuts on the list. With those new releases, the R&B powerhouse has now racked up 68 placements on the list throughout his career, and that sum is sure to climb in the coming weeks.

Just over one week after After Hours arrived, the Grammy winner tacked three new tunes onto the title and called it a deluxe edition, and there’s a good chance that at least one, if not all three, of those songs will find their way to the Hot 100 when it refreshes again in a week.

Here are all 14 of The Weeknd’s current Hot 100 hits.

No. 1 – “Blinding Lights”

No. 4 – “Heartless”

No. 16 – “In Your Eyes”

No. 21 – “Alone Again”

No. 22 – “After Hours”

No. 25 – “Hardest to Love”

No. 28 – “Too Late”

No. 32 – “Snowchild”

No. 39 – “Escape From LA”

No. 41 – “Save Your Tears”

No. 45 – “Faith”

No. 69 – “Repeat After Me (Interlude)”

No. 80 – “Until I Bleed Out”
