July 6: China exchanges revise trading rules
The Shanghai, Shenzhen and Beijing stock exchanges will implement revised trading rules approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The changes focus on expanding after-hours trading, unifying price limits for special treatment stocks and optimizing closing mechanisms to improve market pricing efficiency and liquidity.
July 6: Boeing starts new MAX line
Boeing will open a new final assembly line north of Seattle for the 737 MAX. CEO Kelly Ortberg said the added line is intended to lift monthly MAX capacity to 52 aircraft next year, after output rose this year to 47 from 42.

Turkey will host NATO leaders in Ankara for the 2026 summit. Turkey joined the alliance in 1952 and remains a key economy linking Europe and the Middle East.
July 7: SpaceX joins Nasdaq 100
SpaceX will be added to the tech-heavy Nasdaq 100, opening the way for more passive investment in Elon Musk’s rocket and AI company. The company listed on Nasdaq on June 12 and reported a net loss of $4.9 billion last year.
July 8: Momenta lists in Hong Kong
Autonomous driving startup Momenta is scheduled to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, aiming to raise about HK$5.9 billion ($752 million). Founded in 2016, the company operates its domestic business primarily through entities in Beijing, Suzhou and Shanghai.
July 7-12: Yunnan-Taiwan forum opens
The 14th Yunnan-Taiwan Economic and Trade Culture Exchange Conference will be held under the theme of sharing RCEP opportunities and deepening regional integration. A Yunnan-Taiwan coffee business alliance will be launched in Kunming.
July 8: China Internet Conference opens
The 25th China Internet Conference will be held in Beijing from July 8 to 10. The event will focus on digital technology’s role in advancing industrialization and fostering new productive forces.
July 9-13: Lanzhou trade fair starts
The 32nd China Lanzhou Investment and Trade Fair will be held in Lanzhou, with South Korea and Pakistan as guest countries of honor. The event will feature 26 major themed activities focused on cooperation and opening-up.
