The View have apologised to fans after an onstage scrap at a gig in Manchester on Wednesday night, which they described as a 'brotherly bust up that went too far'.
Shocking footage shared on social media showed frontman Kyle Falconer raining down punches and kicks on bass guitarist Kieren Webster during the show at The Deaf Institute.
Astounded fans were ordered to leave the gig early after witnessing the carnage and the Dundee trio later cancelled a show at the Oslo Hackney in London on Thursday night.
Despite the scrap, the band say they can't wait to get back to touring in November after their first comeback show ended in disaster.
Revellers who had purchased tickets to their London gig will be able to use them at the show in Scala in December.
The band said: "Sorry to the fans at our show in Manchester and everywhere else that we've upset - we had a brotherly bust-up that went too far, and we cannae wait to get back to touring in November and throughout the festival season with yous lot.
"Our show at Oslo Hackney has been cancelled, but all yer tickets will be valid for our show at Scala in December. Check yer emails for details #TVAOF "
The apology comes after footage captured Falconer swinging for Webster on stage.
He slamed his guitar down and lunged for Webster as he appeared to grab his neck. He was then filmed punching him in the face and raining down kicks.
Falconer continued to punch Webster in the face as fans could be heard shouting "no' before the clip abruptly ended.
It follows footage that circulated on social media on Thursday morning showing Falconer punch Webster and shout "I'll f****ng kill you" while being held back by guitarist Peter Reilly.
He later told the crowd: ""The problem with this band is he wants to sing the songs and he canny, right, so I'll see you later."
