- This season will see Premier League sides compete in all three finals of Europe’s top competitions for the first time: The Champions League, Europa League and Conference League.
- On Thursday night, Aston Villa reached the Europa League final by overcoming a 1-0 deficit from the first leg to beat fellow English side Nottingham Forest 4-0 (4-1 agg) at Villa Park. They will face SC Freiburg in the final.
- At the same time, Crystal Palace booked their place in the Conference League final by beating Shakhtar Donetsk 2-1 (5-2 agg). They will meet Rayo Vallecano in the final.
- They follow Arsenal, who reached the Champions League final on Tuesday night after beating Atletico Madrid 1-0 (2-1 agg). They will face PSG.
- The Europa League final is on May 20 in Istanbul. The Conference League final is on May 27 in Leipzig. The Champions League final is on May 30 in Budapest.
