The Undertaker set to be a free agent as WWE announce Draft 2019 pools for Smackdown

The Undertaker is set to become a free agent after being left out of the Draft Pool for WWE Smackdown, according to Wrestling Inc .

More than 70 stars will be available for selection, with Smackdown to draft 30 wrestlers while Raw will have their pick of 41.

Raw are given an advantage of three picks for every two Smackdown make due to being a three-hour show.

A host of top stars are eligible for selection, including Becky Lynch, Roman Reigns, Brock Lesnar and Daniel Bryan.

But the Undertaker - who made his debut in the franchise back in 1990 - does not find his name among the list.

The 54-year-old has held 17 titles within WWE, including four WWE championships and three as world heavyweight.

He missed his first Wrestlemania in 20 years earlier this year however, after rumours that it would be his last fight.

An influx of new stars, coupled with his lack of appearances in WWE shows suggested the Undertaker's time in the ring was almost at an end, but made a shock one-off return to Raw in July.

His omission from the draft though now appears to be the final nail in the coffin.

The draft will start on Friday on Smackdown, and close on Monday Night Raw.

Tag Teams will be counted as one pick - unless boradcasting networks Fox or the USA Network only ask for a specific player from a pairing.

Friday's Smackdown will kick-off with a clash to determine who gets the first draft pick, with Roman Reigns up against Raw's Seth Rollins .
