The Ukulele Hooley is returning to Dublin for it's 10th year

The 10th annual Ukulele Hooley is coming to Dublin for a weekend of exciting activities and fantastic live music.

Ireland’s biggest ukulele festival is returning to the capital this weekend in Dun Laoghaire.

Founder Tony Boland said: "Because it’s our 10th anniversary everything is going to be bigger and better."

Tha main event is The Big Concert which will be happening in The People’s Park on Sunday from 12 noon.

A feature of the concert will be the Big Jam which has a theme of which will be “Songs of the Sea” and which saw around 3,000 ukulele players joining in together last year.

You can also sign up for the open mic event happening on Saturday 7 pm.
