The UK's most watched film this week revealed

After a short break, 1917 is back at the top of the UK film charts.

Sam Mendes' instant World War I classic surprised nobody when it shot to #1 upon it's general release the week before last.

While last week it was forced to make way for Bad Boys For Life starring Martin Lawrence and Will Smith, today it has reclaimed top spot.

Away from the tussle at the top, two new entrants make it elsewhere into the Top 10. They come in the form of Disney's The Call of the Wild and the somewhat controversial Cats from Universal Pictures.

Cats, the adaptation of Andrew Lloyd Webber's timeless stage production, featured an all-star cast including Taylor Swift, James Corden, Jason Derulo and Dame Judi Dench. It received 'mixed' reviews but is still regarded intriguing enough to continue piquing audience interests.

Jojo Rabbit, along with the sequels of Frozen and Jumanji make up the rest of the list.

Further afield, the Top 40 contains two further newcomers. Horror film The Grudge comes in at #25 while direct-to-video adult animated series Justice League Dark: Apokolips War finds itself in at #15.
