The two Wolves players Nuno Espirito Santo is without for visit of Tottenham and Jose Mourinho

Tottenham Hotspur's final away game of 2020 is against Wolves on Sunday evening.

Jose Mourinho side's Premier League title aspirations have stuttered in recent weeks following two defeats and a draw from games against Crystal Palace, Liverpool, and Leicester City.

Spurs will be looking for a repeat of the 2-1 win against Wolves in the corresponding fixture last season and will face a team missing Raul Jimenez and Jonny Castro.

The latter is out with a knee injury, while Jimenez isn't being rushed back following a horrific head injury sustained in the win over Arsenal last month.

As a result, Jimenez and Jonny are the two Wolves players that manager Nuno Espirito Santo will be without for the visit of the north London outfit.

Meanwhile, Premier Injuries have one Wolves player rated as doubtful for the game against Spurs.

The versatile Leander Dendoncker was replaced at half-time in the 2-1 win over Chelsea and subsequently missed the defeat against Burnley, but is set to face a late fitness test.

Speaking ahead of the game at Molineux, Nuno Espirito Santo has said that he's relishing going head-to-head against his former manager, who he previously worked with at Porto.

"It will be a pleasure to receive him in Molineux again," he told the club's official website. I have huge admiration, as you can imagine, for Mourinho, on a personal level and as a manager.

"It's fantastic, so I’m not surprised at all with all the good things that he’s doing at Tottenham.

"I’m not surprised at all. It's amazing.

"We expect a very tough game. We must get ready for it because we’re going to face a tough opponent, a talented squad, in a good moment.

"Let’s enjoy and play the game."
