The two Tottenham players most affected by the international break and when everyone is playing

The Premier League is on pause at present with the first international break of the new season taking place.

It doesn't seem that long ago that Spurs opened the campaign with a 3-1 win over Aston Villa and plenty of supporters will be counting down the days until league action resumes.

Currently sitting ninth in the table after four games, Mauricio Pochettino will want his team to start pushing up the league when Crystal Palace visit N17 a week on Saturday.

With a few players remaining at Hotspur Way over the coming week as they haven't been selected for international duty, a large amount of the squad will be jetting off across the globe to represent their country.

Davinson Sanchez and Giovani Lo Celso will be in action in the United States as they represent Colombia and Argentina respectively in friendlies, with Son Heung-min facing a long trip to Turkmenistan to play for South Korea.

It's certainly not ideal for Pochettino and his coaching staff as many will get back at different times next week ahead of the Palace clash.

Toby Alderweireld and Jan Vertonghen should be return fairly early as their final game for Belgium is on Monday evening in Scotland, while Harry Kane, Harry Winks and Danny Rose play 24 hours later at St Mary's against Kosovo.

However, Son will return slightly later due to the fact he's playing in Turkmenistan and Sanchez's last game for Colombia takes place in Florida during the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Here we take a look at where and when the Spurs first team squad will be in action over the next week:
