The two players West Ham are currently ‘favourites’ to sign after summer spending reaches £80m

West Ham United are currently favourites to sign wingers Ismaila Sarr and Maxwel Cornet this summer, according to SkyBet.

The popular bookmaker currently has markets available on players who could be signed by other clubs in this summer’s transfer window, with markets currently available for 47 players, including current Hammers duo Declan Rice and Jarrod Bowen.

Of the 47, the Irons have been given prices on 19 of them and although the majority see David Moyes’ side reportedly long shots to sign players, they are favourites to sign relegated wing duo Sarr and Cornet.

With the bookies, the Hammers are 3/1 to sign Senegalese international Sarr from Watford after he suffered relegation with the Hornets for the second time in three seasons. Moyes’ side are also priced as 5/2 favourites to sign Clarets winger Maxwel Cornet after he scored nine Premier League goals last season.

This comes after West Ham have already spent north of £80million this summer on four new players, bringing Alphonse Areola, Flynn Downes, Nayef Aguerd and Gianluca Scamacca to the club on permanent deals.

After Cornet and Sarr, their shortest odds to sign someone from the betting list is Chelsea midfielder Ross Barkley, with the Irons priced at 12/1. Here is the full list of the players that West Ham have been given betting odds on, with those they are favourites for highlighted in bold.
