Peterborough United will definitely be without two players for the weekend’s Championship clash against Nottingham Forest.
Forest host the Posh at the City Ground on Saturday with the visitors without a win in their last six Championship games, drawing 0-0 with Barnsley in their last outing.
Recent results leave the side in 22nd place in the Championship table and fighting against relegation to League One.
On the other hand, Forest are unbeaten in their last six games, and will be looking to further climb the Championship table by picking up three points at the weekend.
Ahead of the game, Peterborough have been given a double blow with both Joel Randall and Kwame Poku ruled out.
Randall will miss the game after testing positive for Covid and remains in self-isolation until next Friday.
The midfielder has missed the majority of the season with a thigh injury but returned to action as a substitute against Barnsley.
Joining Randall on the sideline will be Poku, who suffered a fractured hand when featuring for the U23s against Everton on Wednesday night.
The midfielder has not featured too much in the Championship so far this season, making a total of three league appearances.
His last appearance came in the 1-0 home loss against Fulham earlier this season, where he came on for the last five minutes of the game.
Meanwhile, Forest defender Jordi Osei-Tutu is set to take a big step in his recovery from a hamstring injury by featuring for the club’s U23 team next week.
The defender has been out of action since suffering the injury back in August.
