Two Glasgow restaurants have received top accolades in the new Good Pub Guide.
The Bon Accord and Babbity Bowster, both in the city centre, have both been singled out for praise in the guide, which looks at the best pubs across the UK.
Babbity Bowster picked up the number one spot for Town Pub of the Year 2020, beating out competition from bars in Durham, Bath, Manchester and more.
A statement from the guide read: "If you’re in a town or city, particularly as a stranger, then a welcoming pub is a lovely place to visit.
"A former tobacco merchant’s house with a thoroughly convivial atmosphere, the Babbity Bowster in Glasgow is our Town Pub of the Year 2020."
As well as being a pub, Babbity Bowster is also a restaurant and small hotel, tucked away in a small street in Merchant City.
Meanwhile, Bon Accord near Charing Cross has achieved the coveted Whisky Pub of the Year 2020 award, thanks to its incredibly 500-strong collection.
The pub won the top spot ahead of venues in the Isle of Skye, Edinburgh and as far south as Dorset and Sussex.
Bon Accord has been in the McDonagh family for 17 years and - on top of their seriously impressive whisky selection - they have an excellent selection of beer as well as serving food.
The Good Pub Guide also revealed that the price of a pint has risen by 10p on average across the country, with Scotland's pints costing a whopping £4.03 on average, with only Surrey and London more expensive options.
