The tweet nothings from my garden

This year I will celebrate 10 years’ marriage to a hospital consultant – but your article has caused me great concern (Hospital consultants face ultimatum, 16 July). When I get a moment with her, without the kids (which is likely to be sometime next week), I will be expecting an explanation for the one in three weekends she has spent away from the family, claiming to have been “on call”.
