BBC's The Traitors has very quickly become a big hitter amongst fans of reality TV, and is one of the most talked and watched programmes of 2022.
The series, hosted by Claudia Winkleman, is built on strategy and suspicion and it filmed in the Scottish Highlands. It sees a team of players compete in missions, the more missions they win, the bigger the prize pot.
However, amongst the players lie the ‘Traitors’. The Traitors have been meeting in secret and decide who to eliminate from their fellow players known as a ‘Faithful’.
The aim of the Traitors is to stay undetected until the end of the game.
Series one comes to an end on Thursday December 22, after 12 episodes, but applications for 2023 are open after it was confirmed by TV bosses earlier this month that the show would be returning for a second series.
