Kieran Trippier knows an awful lot about the Tottenham team after four seasons in the capital.
Joining from Burnley in the summer of 2015, the right-back signed on just as Mauricio Pochettino was starting to make a real impact at White Hart Lane.
The Lilywhites went ever so close to winning the title in Trippier's debut season, before finishing just behind Chelsea the following campaign.
Unfortunately success didn't come Spurs' way during the player's time at the club, with his last appearance coming in the Champions League final defeat against Liverpool.
Pochettino had put together a team that could compete for top honours as players such as Harry Kane, Son Heung-min and Mousa Dembele played a key part in their rise.
The Argentine wasn't afraid of blooding youngsters and Harry Winks was one of those to make quite a name for himself in the side after progressing from the academy.
A player who often divides the opinion of the fanbase, Winks certainly made an impression on Trippier as he described him as a "baller" when assessing Jose Mourinho's squad and their season on The Beautiful Game podcast
"You look on paper and they have a quality team," said the right-back. "I feel like they've brought the right manager in as he's a natural winner.
"You look at everywhere he's been and he's always won trophies and he finds a way to win.
"I feel he's the perfect manager of course. The players, you've got Dele Alli, Harry Winks who is an absolute baller as well."
With Tanguy Ndombele having quite a reputation for what he can do on the ball in both training and a game, Trippier was quizzed about the Frenchman following a frustrating first year in north London.
"I've not played with him but I've seen him play," added the ex-Burnley man, "From what I hear he's unbelievable and supposedly he's frightening.
"They've got quality players, but, for me, the little fine margins of winning something is obviously when Mousa [Dembele] left. That's my opinion.
"As a player you don't want to see a player like Mousa leave, especially in January. Unless there was something that he needed to leave or whatever, I honestly don't know.
"For me it didn't make sense because he's the fine margins of winning you the Champions League final. That's how good he was. He could have three players around him and you could give him the ball.
"The amount of respect the players had for him, and to see a player like that leave in January when you are going through a difficult season, for me it didn't make sense. That's just my opinion.
"I don't want to speak on any of the players thoughts on that. That's just my opinion.
"As soon as he goes it just saps it out of you because you've lost Mousa Dembele.
"It's a difficult period at the moment for them because with the team they've got they don't deserve to be where they are.
"They've missed H [Harry Kane] for so long and he's a natural goalscorer for them, Sonny with the military and the Olympics.
"They've got a fantastic team and it's about challenges. You will go through periods like this but they will come out the other end for sure.
"Make no mistake about that as they have a fantastic, unbelievable manager."
