How Tottenham could line up in the first game of 2020/21 season
It is expected to be a summer of upheaval at the Totteham Hotspur Stadium as Jose Mourinho prepares for his first full season in charge.
In the past two windows, the likes of Tanguy Ndombele, Giovani Lo Celso and Steven Bergwijn have arrived, while Christian Eriksen and Danny Rose have been let go permanently and on loan respectively.
And there is likely to be more incomings and outgoings once the current campaign ends.
Taking that into consideration, as well as the bookies’ odds on what could happen in the summer window, it promises to be a busy few months for Mourinho and Spurs.
But how different will the team look come the start of the 2020/21 season?
Click here for how they could line up on the opening day of the new campaign.
Levy's worth
Daniel Levy is the Premier League’s current longest-serving chairman.
His ENIC company completed a takeover of Tottenham in 2001 and he has since overseen a huge transformation, taking them from a struggling midtable outfit on his arrival to one of the current top sides in the country.
But how much is he worth?
According to Forbes Levy’s total net worth is around $1 billion, which makes the news coming out of N17 this week all the more surprising.
Earlier in the week, Tottenham announced that 550 non-playing staff would be forced to take a 20% pay cut while football is suspended during the current Coronavirus crisis impacting the entire world.
Liverpool coach clarifies comments
Liverpool throw-in coach Thomas Gronnemark has clarified his comments over a potential move to Tottenham Hotspur or Manchester United in the summer.
Speaking to Kicker, Gronnemark mentioned two possible destinations for next season.
"I don’t know, maybe I’ll be with Tottenham or Manchester United next year, as I’m not tied down as a freelancer,” he said, as reported by Sport Witness. "I’m just not allowed to be a direct competitor in any one season, that’s my rule. That’s why I have already turned down a top offer from England this season."

But now the coach has taken to social media to explain his comments further.
"Just to put everything straight! I'm a freelancer. I make new contracts every summer,” he wrote on Twitter. "The mentioned clubs are just random to explain my position as a freelancer.
"I'm very happy at Liverpool FC. Let's see what the future brings. Stay safe."
Surprise Alli admission
Dele Alli is more likely to leave Tottenham before Harry Kane.
That's the view of ex-Spurs striker Darren Bent.
Last weekend Kane shocked Lilywhites supporters with a transfer admission of his own, but surprisngly Bent doesn't think the England international will be among the first to leave the club.
"At the minute you don’t quite know what’s going to happen.," Bent told Football Insider.
“If you’d have asked me before who would have been the first to potentially go, I wouldn’t have said Harry Kane. I would have potentially seen a Dele Alli or someone like that going before him.
“It’s a really weird situation for them to be in.”
