The top 11 scorers in NFL history as Colts place Adam Vinatieri on IR

Adam Vinatieri is king of the NFL when it comes to points. The Patriots/Colts great was put on Injured Reserve Monday, facing season-ending surgery. Vinatier spent the past 14 seasons with the Colts but struggled in 2019, making 17 of the 25 field goals (68%) he attempted while  making  22 of his 28 point-after attempts (78.6%).

11. Phil Dawson: 1,847 points

Phil Dawson played from 1999-2018 for the Browns, 49ers and Cardinals. He made 441 FGs and 518 PATs.

10. Sebastian Janikowski 1,913
