9. LONG BEACH POLY. Jackrabbits hung tough with everybody in summer and fall ball.
10. CATHEDRAL. The addition of Daron Henson will help Phantoms in Del Rey League battles.
11. ORANGE LUTHERAN. KaVaughn Scott leads an experienced group.
12. FAIRFAX. A healthy Donald Gipson will be key for Lions.
13. WESTCHESTER. 6-7 Keith Fisher is best big man in City Section.
14. LA MIRADA. Stop underrating 6-5 Vittorio Reynosa-Avila.
15. WINDWARD. The young pups are rising up, led by 6-7 sophomore Shareef O'Neal.
