The timely break that could be the difference for Liverpool in the title race

Liverpool are back - and so is James Pearce with our full-time Reds correspondent returning after a 10-day break working on his garden and his fitness ahead of ECHO FC's big match on Monday.

He's joined by Joe Rimmer, Theo Squires and host Ian Doyle and they start another must-listen episode of the Blood Red podcast by discussing Jurgen Klopp's press conference, which took place earlier in the day, and the Liverpool manager's comments on Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in particular.

Talk then turns to Mohamed Salah, who has been given two weeks to rest up and recover for the big run-in. Could that prove crucial?

What Philippe Coutinho has reportedly told team-mates as ex-Liverpool man edges closer to summer transfer

Those Sadio Mane-Real Madrid rumours are also debated - and rubbished - before a big section of the pod is dedicated to the club's decision to freeze season-ticket prices once more. A welcome move, no doubt, but should more be done?

The panel have their say on that before focusing on Sunday's clash with Tottenham, in which we find out exactly why Ian dislikes the north London outfit.

Enjoy.
